Following the official handover of a generator and biomedical equipment to the Grand-Lahou General Hospital, the President of the Grands-Ponts Regional Council, Minister Essis Esmel Dé Emmanuel, accompanied by a large delegation, visited the family of the late Meumeuh Paul, First Deputy Mayor of Grand-Lahou, to offer his sincere condolences.

Deeply moved by this loss, the President, with compassion and solidarity, made a point of coming personally to pay his respects to the grieving family and to express, on behalf of the Grands-Ponts Regional Council, his support during this painful ordeal.

This gesture once again reflects the Regional Council’s closeness to the people and its commitment to the values of solidarity, listening, and fellowship that underpin its work in service of Grands-Ponts.

The Grands-Ponts Regional Council extends its deepest condolences to the family, loved ones, and the entire community of Grand-Lahou.
